|Recommended: YesHonest Opinion — Well when I moved in a year ago it was not a great experience at all. However, they have switched the office staff and they seem to be a lot more pleasant and wanting to help.
Depending on what kind of needs you are looking for I would recommend these apartments to people who are just starting out.
I am transferring apartments but I rated based off where my current apartment is. There are a lot of kids that are wild and noisy all hours.

|Recommended: YesPark Timbers Exceeded The Expectations That I Had Before Moving In. The Staff Is Great. There Is Great Activities Organized By Staff — Neighbors are very friendly but not nosy. It has easy access to get to places in town.

|Recommended: YesProperty Manager Should Set Better Rules And Apply Them — I like my apt. it is very spacious but the community itself is very nasty. Trash and dog poop everywhere. Animal owners don t clean after their pets.

|Recommended: NoOverall I Like The Apartments. The Rent Is To High For These Outdated Units! — The staff is friendly, professional and are willing to help (as much as their able)if times get tough. The community is nice and the events that are planned and available to residents are awesome! However the rent is to night for these units. The apartments are old and the foundation and stairs are not at there best.

|Recommended: YesPeace Of Mind Family Living With A Smile. — I LOVE THE COMMUNITY, THE OFFICE STAFF. SO QUIET AND PEACEFUL. THE STRUCTURE MAY BE OLD, BUT THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND THE PRICE IS WORTH THE SERVICE AND THE PEACE OF MIND YOU HAVE LIVING HERE.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — When we moved in, there were several issues that needed attention. It took about 3 months before maintenance was able to get to the issues . However, with that being said, once maintenance (Justin) came to our apartment to see what needed to be done all of the issues were resolved in less than a week. He was very professional and easy to talk with and understand. The few times I have had to go to the office, the staff was very professional, courteous, polite, and caring.
