|Recommended: YesComfy And Spacious — Leasing staff is very nice, the units are very spacey and reasonably priced. I also love the online portal for residents, and how they are strict with non resident vehicles parked in the complex. Unlike other complexes these apts take it seriously and make sure the residents are priortized.

|Recommended: YesLove Apartments And Very Convience To Stores — Its very nice place to live. Only problem i have is the neighbors above me, all they do is run and make very loud noise and feels like my ceiling is gonna cave in. The apartment staff are great and always there to help you out. Maintenance will come whenever you need their help.

|Recommended: YesOmg The Kids — We love living here, except for the screaming kids at all hours of the day and night. The throwing of the rocks is another negative thing going on, and the parents don't seem to care. The smell of weed is bad, and I'm a recovering addict with almost 13 years clean. Other than that, this is a remarkable place to live. The staff is at the top of their game, very friendly, and I enjoy just stopping by to say hello. We aren't planning to move for a long time. Love my balcony and the size of our apartment.

|Recommended: YesProperty Is Definitely Clean, Any Issues Usually Occur Because Of Careless Residents But Maintenance Staff Is Always Trying To Their Best — It's comfortable, apartments are spacious and come with needed appliances, if there's ever an issue they are pretty quick to come and fix it. The property is nice, has a great pool area, dog area, and playground for the children.

|Recommended: YesMy Personal Review Of Park Timbers Apartments — I was suggested this apartment complex based on the fact that I am a domestic violence victim and I am currently in hiding a friend sister who lives on the property recommended to me that this apartment complex was very pro DV victims very willing to work with those who had credit issues struggle to get into apartment. The office staff was very accommodating helpful informative and willing to go beyond to make sure that I was able to get an apartment in both a timely and reasonably priced manner the apartments are beautiful inside very spacious and has all the amenities needed I am extremely satisfied with my apartment my apartment management team. I would recommend my apartments to anybody that I know.
