|Recommended: YesOverall Experience — For the most part, I have not had many issues. However, sometimes a maintenance request has to be completed multiple times because the issue was not fixed properly the first time. Also, some neighbors like to keep their trash near their apartment, which attracts bugs and stray animals e.g. cats, raccoons, etc. . The office staff has always been professional and they seem responsive to any concerns, though. The maintenance crew has always been professional when I interacted with them as well.

|Recommended: NoGreat Area, Apt Managers Somewhat Helpful But Not Understanding — My apt is cozy but the trash is a problem makes property value look bad. People are loud outside in building 9 at the back. They play loud music , yell all night and has heavy traffic coming in and out. There needs to be some policy for noise and trash. People pay rent and we expect the property to be clean and nois free at night.
|Recommended: NoIt's Alright. — The office staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The trash needs to be picked up more frequently but over all it's an alright apartment complex.
|Recommended: YesI Would Recommend — I've lived here for quite awhile now and I have no plans to move anytime soon. I'm very pleased with most everything here, there are a couple of issues however the staff maintenance and office are always working to improve the grounds and any and all issues are dealt with in a very timely manner. The office staff is friendly and always greets me and my dog with a smile and a treat for my little dog. I'm happy here.

|Recommended: YesVery Good Apartments And Good Service — I just enjoy living there, it is quite and neighbors are friendly. except one person that SAVE A CAR PARKING SPOT WITH A FREAKING SCOOTER. NOT FAIR. THAT SCOOTER IS NEAR THE KIDS PLAYGROUND ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK OF THE APARTMENTS.
