|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here. Park Timbers Is A Great Name. Best Place To Live. — It's a great place to live. The ladies in the office is very sweet and nice. If you have a problem they work with you. The maintenance guys get things done and fixed quickly. They keep the grounds looking nice. This is my second year to live here and I love it. I feel safe here and I like the fact there's a fire station very near by. There's a playground for the kids and two swimming pools. It's a family place with lots of kids. The office has activities for the residents here like pancakes once in a while in the morning and other activities. There's restaurants nearby and a Walmart. It's a great place. Sorta perfect. That's why I love living here.

|Recommended: YesPark Timbers Is An Okay Community — I have only been here a few days over all my experience hasn't been too bad. it's a calm apartment complex when it comes to noise. The kids could be monitored and checked on by their parents more often. The inside of the units are in fair good condition. small fixable issues, but over all nice nd affordable.

|Recommended: YesThoughts — I think the front office people are great. Well mainly just Vanessa. She is usually the one that helps us. We definitely appreciate her. The grounds are usually well maintained. Sometimes the trash does overflow a lot and people do dump furniture there. My only major complaints are that the tow company does not come when called. I once had to park very far from my apartment and carport space because the tow company never came to remove the car that was in my space after I had called them multiple times and maintenance can take a long time to get to you even when you've marked the issue as high priority. For example my heater would not go off for two straight days. We had to shut off the breaker for it which caused other issues in the home that needed attention.

|Recommended: YesPerfect First Time Family Home — It is a great area to live in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Problems are fixed in a timely manner. Everything is documented from beginning to end to be sure not parties are protected. I feel safe taking my toddlers outside. Absolutely love my apartment

|Recommended: YesProperty Looks Pretty Good. No Trash Laying Around. — The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure the apartment was clean and ready to move into. Maintenance responded in a timely manner to come and repair a few issues that got missed before we moved in. All in all, I have no complaints.
