Mario and the maintenance crew are there 24 7 no matter the issue. We will be here awhile this is out place to call home. Thank you so much

|Recommended: YesGood Stay So Far — If someone were to ask me about my stay here i would tell them that they have been on top of trying to correct any issue i have. the only issues i have is just the insulation. I can smell whatever the neighbor is doing. I just learned to visit bath and body for wall plug ins. The critter issue has reduced greatly since i moved in. Their response to the Covid 19 was VERY helpful, especially to me. They were able to help me in great ways in getting moved in to the point where i am now renewing my lease. The increase in rent was VERY reasonable.

|Recommended: YesMove — I have enjoyed the process from the start. The staff was very, very informative with answering and responding to all my questions. Besides the noise and seeing the police three times in two weeks, I love it and I thank God for directing me here.

|Recommended: YesMy Neighbors — Hi we dont ever hear our neighbors or any noise it's very quiet here and we are just in love the place is amazing very spacious appartment, privacy on the patio, beautiful pool view, maintenance come so quickly an gets the job done office is very friendly the list goes on wish we would have found this place sooner 5 stars for sure .
