|Recommended: YesFell In Love! — I fell in love with Park Timbers. It is a really well kept community. My neighbors are all very friendly. It is not noisey at all. My kids love the play ground and maintenance is always fast and easy. If i have any issues or concerns, management will listen to me and do whatever they can to accommodate me in any way.
|Recommended: YesImprovements — The last 2 years have seen major improvements at Park Timbers. We have seen the stairs, patios and balconies and both pools overhauled. The new management is friendly and tries to stay ahead of any issues that might affect the community at large. The buildings have also recently been treated to update the insulation which has noticeably helped during this hot Texas summer.
|Recommended: YesI Recommend These Apartments — The staff both in the office and maintenance are very helpful and always quick to complete work orders. I have put in 2 work orders in the last month or so and both were completed within 2 days. The complex looks so much better, with a lot less trash around. There is a lot less traffic coming in and out.
Management is finally cracking down on illegal pets and people who should not be allowed here. Seems to be looking better every day.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — My family and I just moved to Park Timbers and they gave me a second opportunity to live. I have a previous eviction, yet Park Timbers was willing to work with me and I was able to keep my kids in the same school. I am so thankful to them and very happy living here.
|Recommended: YesCurrent Resident — Happy to be here. I really enjoy my apartment. Parking could be a little better but overall a decent place. Looking forward to staying a while.
