Max. of 2 pets per apartment. Dogs are restricted by breed. There is a required Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $350.00 for the 1st animal and $500 for 2 that is due prior to bringing a pet into an apartment home. Monthly pet rent is $15.00 per pet. We do not discriminate against dogs by weight. This is the list of dogs not allowed by breed. The following breeds are not allowed, either hybrid, purebred, or mixed: Akita , Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Karelian Bear Dog, Pit Bull (bull terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard. If a dog is any part of the above-mentioned breeds, they are not eligible for residency. We maintain the right to update this list at any time as necessary. Management discretion for questionable breeds will apply. The exceptions are animals trained to assist the disabled and/or active-duty canine police dogs residing with an active-duty law enforcement officer.
